Why local matters on a bridge loan
Short-term lending lives or dies on how well the lender reads the collateral. Knowing which corridors hold value, how long a property in a given submarket actually takes to sell or lease, and what the local approval process looks like is the difference between a realistic loan and one that gets everyone into trouble. We lend where we know the ground.

What we do not lend on
We do not lend on 1–4 unit owner-occupied residential property. Our lending is for investment and commercial real estate.
