What we collect

Application/lead information you provide directly — through the Quick App, the contact page, or a phone call, including your name, email, phone number, loan details, and any message you include.
Chat conversations with our website assistant, including anything you choose to share (name, email, what you’re looking for). Our chat assistant does not provide loan approvals or rate quotes; chat messages are processed by Anthropic (the maker of Claude, our AI assistant provider) to generate responses — see Anthropic’s own privacy policy for how they handle data in transit.
Newsletter subscription information (email, optionally your name) if you sign up — double opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
Basic analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) via Google Analytics, which uses cookies. You’ll see a cookie notice on first visit.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t share your contact or application information with third parties except service providers who help us operate the site and evaluate loan requests (email delivery, our AI assistant provider, hosting, capital partners we broker deals through) under their own confidentiality obligations.
