We underwrite the deal on the strength of the real estate, not a stack of financial statements. Creative structuring options include cross-collateralization of assets, second-mortgage positions, and equity participation. Loans are structured so they can transition cleanly into permanent financing or a collateral disposition when the term is up.
Who it’s for
Investors and businesses who own or are acquiring commercial or investment real estate with adequate equity, and need capital faster than a traditional bank can move. We do not lend on 1-4 unit owner-occupied residential property.
